About This Whiskey
The Redbreast 12 Year Old Cask Strength is an aged Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, matured in a combination of bourbon-seasoned American oak barrels and Oloroso sherry-seasoned Spanish oak butts. This maturation imparts depth and complexity, balancing rich fruit, spice, and toasted oak characteristics.
Distilled in triple copper pot stills, this whiskey combines malted and unmalted barley for a uniquely full-bodied, spicy, and rounded character. Bottled at cask strength (57.6% ABV), it captures the essence of Redbreast’s house style in its purest form.

Redbreast is one of Ireland’s most acclaimed whiskey producers, known for preserving the traditional Single Pot Still style for nearly two centuries. Produced at the Midleton Distillery under Pernod Ricard, Redbreast represents the pinnacle of Irish whiskey craftsmanship.
