Distillery and Production
Produced at the Pokeno Whisky Company in the heart of New Zealand’s whisky-making region, this single malt is distilled in copper pot stills and matured in ex-bourbon barrels sourced from the United States. The mild maritime climate and clean air of Pokeno allow for an even, gentle maturation, enhancing depth and balance.
Tasting Notes
The nose opens with delicate aromas of vanilla, honey, and ripe orchard fruits, layered with hints of toasted oak and soft malt sweetness.
