Deep dark red black shaded colour with a dark red hue. Elevated ripe dark cherry and strawberry aromas have a fresh herb edge with some earth and spicy cedar elements also present. Sour cherry and strawberry flavours combine overlaying a back drop of earth, fresh herb infusions and spicy cedar. Finishes with a lick of tangy acidity. Fine, slightly dryish tannins support a tasty mid length aftertaste.
