Overview
The debut vintage of Circle of Fifths brings harmony to Giant Steps’ five premier single-vineyard sites—Applejack, Bastard Hill, Primavera, Sexton, and Tarraford—into one expressive, cohesive Pinot Noir. The name pays homage to music theory, mirroring how separate “voices” blend into a single chord, just as these vineyards combine to form a unified wine.

Crafted from parcels not selected for individual single-vineyard bottlings, showcasing the collective terroir

Includes 42% whole-bunch fermentation, with the remainder destemmed whole berries

Matured in 15% new French oak, with the rest seasoned barrels, for approximately 8–10 months
