For nearly two decades, Bright Brewery has embraced the darkness by unleashing the beast—Stubborn Imperial Stout. Like the mythical Alpine bear that adorns its label, this bold brew is not to be taken lightly. Layered with rich espresso and dark chocolate, Stubborn is built for the long haul. Brewer’s Notes | 2025 Vintage: ” An annual favourite returns—slightly more approachable this time around at 11.3% ABV, but still as bold and indulgent as ever. Expect a full, velvety-sweet body that carries its strength with smooth confidence.
Rich notes of dark chocolate, roasted malt, and sticky molasses lead the charge, backed by subtle warmth that lingers without overpowering. The ABV is nicely integrated, rounding out a luxurious stout that’s made for slow sips and stubborn satisfaction.”
