M.I.A. IPA is all about the hops! Bright Brewery’s limited-release annual American-style IPA is a celebration of juicy, tropical, floral hops, with a well-balanced bitterness and a malt structure that just lets the hops sing. You’ll discover heady aromas and flavours of mango, passionfruit and lychee.
Paragliding is an exciting, adrenaline-filled sport, synonymous with our hometown. Bright Brewery encourages all staff to live active lives and M.I.A. IPA is named in honour of our former brewer Jon, who loved to go paragliding in his lunchbreak. But when the first batch of this IPA was ready to be kegged, he was nowhere to be found. Day turned into night and he was eventually discovered eight hours later, having had to make a forced landing on Mt Feathertop!
