About This Wine
This Chinese sake is brewed using high-quality qingjiu rice from Northeast China and weakly alkaline mineral water. The rice is polished by removing 15% of the outer layer, retaining 85% of the rice core.
It adopts a constant temperature koji-making process and undergoes fermentation at 13°C for 30 days in a low-temperature environment to fully develop rice-driven flavour.

Color: Clear and transparent, free of impurities, showing a soft luster under light.
Aroma: Fresh, dominated by a rich and mellow rice aroma, accompanied by subtle yeast notes from natural fermentation.
Taste: Soft and smooth with a delicate texture and no roughness. The body is refreshing and pure, with lingering rice aroma and a clean, crisp finish.
About the Producer
Whale Rich Chinese Sake is the core brand of Ganzhou Qingyun Qingjiu Co., Ltd. Dedicated to reviving Chinese sake and inheriting traditional brewing techniques, the producer developed proprietary yeast over three years, breaking overseas technological barriers.
The brand led the creation of China’s first group standard for Chinese sake and was certified as the No.1 online Chinese sake brand in 2024.
