After thirty years in the cool, stone warehouses of Speyside, the spirit develops a depth and harmony that only time can provide. The Balvenie’s distinctive house style — built on honeyed richness, gentle spice and polished oak — is elevated here into a whisky of extraordinary elegance and composure.
On the nose, the whisky reveals layers of acacia honey, dried orchard fruits, toasted almonds and vanilla pod. Subtle notes of leather, nutmeg, cinnamon and polished oak emerge with time, adding complexity and warmth. The palate is luxuriously smooth and silky, delivering flavours of honeycomb, dark toffee, orange peel, dried fig and soft spice.
