Ruinart Brut is a harmonious champagne, produced from a blend of pinot noir (40â€?5%), meunier (10â€?5%) and fresh chardonnay (40%). Created from 40â€?0 different crus from the terroirs of Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. Ruinart Brut sparkles in chestnuts, yellows and golds. Good brilliance with sustained effervescence and a very persistent foam. Frank and direct attack on the palate. A balanced wine, rounded and full-bodied, with an attack scented with ripe fruits (greengages and nectarines). The finish is long, the well-integrated dosage giving way to the characteristic freshness of the Chardonnay which makes up most of the blend. Pairs well with shellfish, crab and lobster.
