Jack Shiraz is part of Ross Hill’s Family Series, named for the next generation of the founding family. It is a cool-climate Australian Shiraz from Orange, a high-altitude New South Wales wine region known for retaining lift and fragrance alongside ripe flavour.
This is a polished, medium-to-full-bodied red designed to be versatile at the table. Look for a Shiraz profile of dark berries, plum and spice, supported by a savoury, food-friendly finish rather than excessive sweetness. Serve at 16–18°C with grilled lamb, sausages, pizza, mushroom pasta or a barbecue platter.
