Mountainculture Socks - NEIPA 500ml 6.6%

Froth Technologies has been crafting innovative yeast strains in New Zealand since 2019, and now they’re finally arriving in Australia. We’re excited to experiment with some of these unique strains. To highlight what each yeast can achieve, we brewed two identical beers—same water profile, malt bill, and hop profile—but with different yeasts.

Socks features Vape (FT02) yeast, paired with a dry hop addition of a rare and elusive hop—HBC 1019—courtesy of our friends at Yakima Chief Hops.

This combination delivers a distinctive flavor profile of melon, peaches, passionfruit, and lychee. It's the perfect beer to enjoy while kicking back in your socks and jocks.
