About This Wine
Morris Old Premium Rare Topaque is a fortified wine from Rutherglen, Victoria, made from 100% Muscadelle. Only the most exceptional parcels are selected and blended for the Old Premium Rare range, representing the pinnacle of the Morris fortified portfolio.
The wine is matured in oak and released as a strictly limited bottling, showcasing extended barrel ageing and concentration developed over decades.
Producer Tasting Notes
Appearance: Golden brown with green hues on the rim.
Nose: Aromas of honey, butterscotch and cold tea characters.
Palate: Incredibly rich and concentrated with layers of butterscotch, ginger snap and spice flavours.

Morris Wines is one of the historic fortified producers of Rutherglen, Victoria. Established in the late 19th century, the Morris family has maintained a long tradition of fortified winemaking, with the sixth generation continuing the legacy today.
