Vintage & Maturation

Distilled in 2010 and matured for 14 years, this release began its journey in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels before undergoing a secondary maturation in 225-litre French oak Sauternes wine casks. The sweet wine influence contributes layers of orchard fruit, citrus, honey and pastry-like richness while preserving the distillery's signature fruit-forward character.

Bottled at a robust 50.1% ABV, non-chill filtered and with natural colour, the whisky retains maximum flavour, texture and authenticity.
