About This Whisky
Kavalan Distillery Select No. 2 Single Malt Whisky is crafted to highlight the distinctive character of Kavalan’s tropical maturation. Matured in carefully selected oak casks and bottled at 40% ABV, it offers a smooth and approachable Taiwanese single malt with balanced sweetness and fruit-forward complexity.

Nose: Fruity aromas with soft sweetness.
Palate: Smooth and balanced with layers of tropical fruit and gentle oak.

About the Distillery
Kavalan Distillery has been pioneering the art of single malt whisky in Yilan County, Taiwan, since 2005. Using mineral-rich spring water from Snow Mountain and matured in Taiwan’s intense heat and humidity with sea and mountain breezes, Kavalan whiskies develop their signature smoothness and distinctive fruity character. The distillery was founded by entrepreneur Mr. T.T. Lee under the King Car Group, combining decades of beverage expertise with whisky research led by the late Dr. Jim Swan.
