Every year for a fleeting moment, our little Alpine town transforms into the Southern Hemisphere’s beer capital. Brewers from every corner of the globe descend in search of our most coveted treasure—the elusive fresh hop.
In 2025, we partnered with the legends from Felons Brewing Co to pull off the heist of the century all in the name of great beer. The result? A Fresh Hop Pils that’s as legendary as the chase—a brew crafted across state lines, with the freshest hops possible. Cheers to a beer worth the proverbial lashes!
Brewer’s Tasting Notes: “A clean and crisp German-style pilsner brewed with generous amounts of fresh Ella and Eclipse hops. Expect big, round, and smooth hop character layered over a light, cracker-like malt base from Voyager malts. Bright, balanced, and refreshingly hoppy.”
