It is a blend of 52% Pinot Noir, 27% Chardonnay, and 21% Pinot Meunier, with 14% of red wine then added. This gives the champagne its beautiful salmon-pink color and its intense aromas of red berries, spring flowers, mandarin, cherries, and pastry.
The winemaker notes that the 2015 Moet & Chandon Brut Rose Grand Vintage is a "powerful and elegant" champagne with notes of "dark berries, fig, wild strawberry, spicy notes of pink and aromatic peppercorn, and allspice." The wine is also said to have a long and lingering finish.
