Delamotte Blanc de Blancs Brut is a pure, elegant expression of Chardonnay Champagne, crafted exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs. As the sister house of Salon, Delamotte shares the same commitment to precision, finesse and terroir expression, offering a Blanc de Blancs that balances freshness, minerality and understated luxury.
Sourced primarily from villages such as Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize and Oger, the Chardonnay grapes thrive on chalk-rich soils that lend the wine its signature tension and clarity. Extended ageing on lees enhances texture and complexity while preserving the vibrancy that defines Delamotte’s style.
The nose is refined and expressive, revealing aromas of lemon zest, green apple, white peach and citrus blossom. Subtle notes of brioche, almond, chalk dust and oyster shell add depth and sophistication.
On the palate, Delamotte Blanc de Blancs is crisp, precise and beautifully balanced. Bright citrus and orchard fruit flavours are supported by a fine, persistent mousse and a line of chalky minerality. The texture is elegant and creamy without heaviness, finishing long, dry and refreshingly saline.
