About This Wine
The 2025 season delivered warm and extended summer conditions, producing wines with full flavour, intensity and balance.
Fruit was handpicked on 28 February and whole bunch pressed, followed by cold settling and wild fermentation.
Fermented with 80% in stainless steel and 20% in seasoned 500L French oak puncheons before bottling in July 2025.

This pinot gris is refined and fresh, with bright fruit aromas and a lovely floral lift.
Beautifully textured palate and delicious depth of fruit – with nashi pear and subtle spice. Seamless and refreshing, the wine finishes long and fine.
