Vineyard and Winemaking
Sourced from mature Yarra Valley vineyards, the fruit was harvested in the cool early hours to retain natural acidity and aromatics. Gentle pressing and cool stainless-steel fermentation preserved clarity and freshness. A short period on fine lees added subtle texture and roundness without compromising the wine’s bright, lifted style.
Tasting Notes
Aromas of pear, white nectarine, and citrus blossom rise from the glass, supported by hints of apple skin and soft spice. The palate is crisp and finely textured, showing juicy pear and stone fruit balanced by refreshing acidity. The finish is clean, dry, and delicately mineral.
