The 2025 Mayer Bloody Hill Villages Coldstream Pinot Noir is a bright, pure-fruited Yarra Valley Pinot Noir from Timo Mayer's second label, Bloody Hill. Sourced from Orth's vineyard in Coldstream, it captures the lifted, delicate and fragrant side of cool-climate Pinot Noir.
The "Villages" designation reflects fruit selected from distinct Yarra Valley subregions, with Timo Mayer and his son Rivar working closely with growers to build expressive, site-driven wines.

This 2025 Coldstream Pinot Noir was made with 10% whole bunches, adding lift, spice and subtle savoury structure. The wine is light, bright and immediately expressive, with silky tannins and pure red-fruited detail.

Tasting Notes
Light, bright ruby in colour. Aromas of alpine strawberry, cranberry and freshly picked summer flowers lead into a pure, fragrant palate with mid-palate generosity, light silky tannins and a touch of spice on the finish.
