The 2025 Craggy Range Martinborough Pinot Noir is an elegant and expressive cool-climate Pinot Noir from Martinborough, one of New Zealand’s most highly regarded regions for the variety.
Craggy Range is renowned for producing site-focused wines that showcase regional character. Martinborough’s cool climate, long growing season and free-draining soils provide ideal conditions for Pinot Noir, delivering wines with aromatic intensity, freshness and fine structure.
The 2025 vintage shows lifted aromas of red cherry, raspberry, cranberry and ripe strawberry, complemented by floral notes, subtle spice, dried herbs and gentle savoury complexity.
The palate is medium-bodied and beautifully balanced, with juicy red fruit supported by fresh acidity and fine, silky tannins. Subtle earthy and spicy characters add depth, leading to a long, elegant and refreshing finish.
Approachable in its youth, this Pinot Noir also has the balance and structure to develop further savoury complexity with medium-term cellaring.
