The 2025 Bindi Dhillon Glenhope Riesling captures the purity and tension of the Macedon Ranges, one of Australia’s coolest and most distinctive wine regions. Crafted from the Glenhope vineyard at high elevation, this vintage reveals remarkable clarity, mineral drive, and floral delicacy — a reflection of Bindi’s precise and thoughtful winemaking.
Vineyard and Winemaking
Sourced from mature vines rooted in decomposed granite and quartz soils at over 500 metres above sea level, the fruit was hand-harvested and gently pressed to preserve its natural acidity and perfume. Fermentation in stainless steel with extended time on fine lees built texture while maintaining crystalline freshness. The result is a Riesling that balances intensity with finesse.
Tasting Notes
Fragrant aromas of lime blossom, white flowers, and crushed stone lead into a palate of citrus zest, green apple, and wet slate. The texture is fine and focused, supported by vibrant acidity that carries through to a long, taut finish of mineral precision and subtle spice.
