Savoury and lifted on the nose, rosehip and hibiscus flower notes are married with some earthy mushroom characters. Wild strawberry fruit and a creamy texture fill out the mid palate, which continues onto fine grained tannin and a crunchy cherry pip acidity at the finish.

Critic tasting note: (2019 vintage) "Rarely seen outside sparkling, Rada consists of 66% Pinot Meunier with 34% Pinot Noir. The color of strawberry juice, it opens with a reductive funk that eventually blows off with air. Underneath lie fruit aromas akin to watermelon and strawberry Jolly Ranchers that morph into orange rind, sap and spice with time.
