Vineyard and Winemaking
Fruit is sourced from selected South Australian vineyards well suited to Rhône varieties, delivering both ripeness and natural acidity. Each variety was harvested and fermented separately to preserve individual character. Gentle handling and a measured period on fine lees built texture and complexity, with minimal oak influence ensuring freshness and varietal purity. The final blend highlights harmony and finesse rather than weight.
