Tasting Notes
A deep ruby red in appearance, this wine offers an expressive bouquet of black cherry, blackberry, and other dark berry aromas. Subtle notes of dark chocolate and toffee add complexity on the entry. Full-bodied and dense, the palate is defined by strong, concentrated tannins, delivering a well-balanced structure with rich, layered depth. The finish is long, powerful, and elegant.
GOLFLEE WINE
The Golden Fleece Apollo South Australia Shiraz is crafted from selected Shiraz, a hallmark varietal of Australian winemaking. The warm 2023 vintage resulted in exceptional grape concentration, enhancing both sugar levels and flavor intensity. Carefully hand-harvested, the grapes underwent meticulous selection, pressing, maceration, and fermentation through the winemaker’s proprietary methods. The wine was then matured in oak barrels to achieve optimal balance and drinkability, while retaining excellent potential for further ageing.
