The 2022 Rockburn “The Art” Pinot Noir is a premium single-vineyard expression from Central Otago, New Zealand, one of the world’s most celebrated regions for Pinot Noir. Crafted from carefully selected fruit grown in the rugged Dunstan foothills, this wine represents the winemaker’s most expressive and artistic interpretation of the vintage.
Fermented with wild yeast and matured in French oak barrels, the wine shows remarkable depth and structure while maintaining elegance and purity.
The nose reveals complex aromas of rose petals, strawberry, cherry and sandalwood, layered with subtle spice and oak. On the palate, it delivers dark cherry, plum and gentle baking spices, supported by fine tannins and vibrant acidity that lead to a long, refined finish.
