“An impressively structured and wonderfully pure ’22 shiraz, deep in colour with plush Doris plum, blackberry, cassis and black cherry cut with hints of dark chocolate, espresso, licorice, clove, creamy oak, jasmine, pepper, roasting meats and black olive tapenade. It strides across the palate confidently, velvety and graceful, with finely packed tannins and a lovely presence and flow to the wine's travel.”

“Black fruited, angry and snorting like a bull, this is not Shiraz to be trifled with. There’s dusty blackberry, a sooty blacksmith’s forge and a dense bramble hedge to wade through before you arrive at a plush, velvety mid-palate with a supporting cast of bright red fruits. It’s an expansive and luxurious zone, with long sweet notes tempered by fine-grained black tea tannins and just enough oak to see it through the long journey.”
