The Estate
Located in the heart of the Chablis vineyards in Burgundy, Domaine Laroche boasts a prestigious winemaking history dating back to the 9th century. Part of the Advini group since 2009, the estate has established itself as a key reference in the appellation, renowned for its extremely precise wines, combining finesse, complexity, and a faithful interpretation of the Chablis climates.
The vineyard
The estate cultivates 90 hectares dedicated exclusively to the Premiers and Grands Crus of Chablis. Guided by a rigorous agroecological approach, this Burgundy vineyard illustrates the property's environmental commitment, where viticulture is designed with respect for natural balances and biodiversity.
The Chablis 1er Cru "Les Vaucoupins" wine comes from 40- to 60-year-old vines located on the right bank of the Serein River. This terroir, characterized by its fine white limestone soil, benefits from ideal exposure and natural drainage, thus providing optimal conditions for the Chardonnay to flourish. The resulting wine is distinguished by its chiseled minerality, elegance, and precise aromatic expression.
