Domaine Arnaud Baillot was founded in 2017 in Beaune, Côte de Beaune, Burgundy by Arnaud Baillot and his wife Laure Van Canneyt, a member of the Hudelot-Noëllat family.
The estate sources grapes from several renowned appellations across Burgundy, including Volnay, Pommard, Meursault, and Gevrey-Chambertin.
Arnaud Baillot personally oversees every stage of production, using barrels from François Frères and Chassin, and benefits from the winemaking guidance of Charles van Canneyt.
