Vintage
The 2021 vintage is widely celebrated as one of the finest in recent Barossa history. A mild growing season with excellent rainfall produced Shiraz of purity, depth, and freshness — wines that balance ripe fruit intensity with classical structure.
Tasting Notes
Deep crimson-purple. Aromas of blackberry, dark cherry, violets, and cocoa lead to a richly layered palate of plum, spice, and mocha framed by fine, chalky tannins. Concentrated yet poised, the 2021 Basket Press combines classic Barossa warmth with modern refinement — a future legend in the making.
