Palate: Medium-bodied, especially when compared to the warmer climate Bin 28 Shiraz. The blue fruits from the nose are present, but the palate leans more toward savory flavors—cured meats, pepper, olives, and paprika competing for attention. Almond kernels and cardamom add complexity, while silky tannins are intricately woven around the fruit. The acid line is precise, offering a balanced structure. A refined wine now, with decades of aging potential for those patient enough to wait.
