Overview
Patrick P-Series Shiraz is a soft, elegant and approachable expression of Limestone Coast Shiraz. The outstanding 2021 vintage delivered balanced fruit with fresh natural acidity, while extended maturation in seasoned French and American oak added harmony and depth.

Producer Vintage Notes:
“2021 was a standout vintage in Coonawarra. Near perfect ripening condition and warm but mild weather kept the natural acidity of the wines fresh. Harvest decisions were precisely made and optimal balance of ripeness and fruit flavour was achieved. Overall, an early but exceptional season.”
Winemaking
The fruit was harvested on 21 March 2021. The wine was matured for 24 months in a combination of seasoned American and French oak before being bottled on 17 May 2025.
