Description
The grapes for this vineyard originate solely from a single 1853 Shiraz vine discovered within The Old Garden. Over time, we meticulously harvested buds from this vine and grafted them onto roots at our winery. As a result, we now boast one hectare of ancient pre-Phylloxera 'Sélection Clonale', deriving exclusively from this 1853 vine, with its distinct flavor and tannin characteristics.
