Tasting Notes
Brilliant, clear ruby-red in colour. The nose bursts with aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and strawberry. On the palate, it is balanced and silky, with elegant purity and fine tannins delivering a smooth, refined texture and a sweet, lingering finish.
About Chapter and Verse
“Chapter and Verse” (诗百篇) takes its name from The Eight Immortals of the Wine Cup, a poem by the Tang dynasty poet Du Fu.
The calligraphy featured on the label is adapted from Tang Yin (1470–1524), a master painter and poet of the Ming dynasty, reflecting the timeless harmony between poetry and wine — where culture meets craftsmanship.
