It reveals notes of bright cherry, bright Boysen berry, small notes of cassis associated with touches of small red berries, fresh flowers (rose, violet) as well as discreet hints of salinity and an imperceptible hint of cuben. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, beautifully defined and offers precision, juiciness, a beautiful minerality as well as a beautiful aromatic purity, a beautiful juicy/crunchy fruit and an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy/juicy cherry, crushed cassis, small notes of juicy blackberry associated with touches of crunchy/acidulous strawberry, fresh cornflower, crunchy/acidulous redcurrant as well as a subtle hint of raspberry, a racy minerality, cuben pepper and an imperceptible hint of toasted/grilled oak.
