Fraser Gallop’s Parterre Cabernet takes its inspiration from some of the great wines of Bordeaux displaying their finesse and structure whilst still allowing the Margaret River fruit to shine. The outstanding 2018 vintage is a blend of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petit Verdot, 4% Malbec, 3% Merlot and 1% Cabernet Franc matured for 18 months in a combination of new and second use French oak.

"This is a stylish expression of complex cabernet with a fusion of herb and leafy notes with ripe berries, as well as plums, chocolate, cigar tobacco and blueberries.
