The Fraser Gallop Estate Palladian is a beautifully aromatic Cabernet Sauvignon with dark cherries and a hint of plush leather. This vintage is a little more full bodied with lovely soft, supple fruits of boysenberries and black currants. A seductively textured wine with an impossibly long finish.
