Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red in colour with expressive aromas of raspberry, blueberry, and black cherry, layered with caramel, chocolate, and toffee. The palate shows refined tannins, rich texture and elegant structure. Full-bodied yet balanced, with a long, persistent finish. Perfect with roasted lamb chops or beef stew in red wine.
