The 2017 vintage delivered excellent growing conditions throughout the Barossa Valley, producing wines of purity, freshness, and impressive structure. A cooler growing season compared to some preceding years resulted in a Shiraz with lifted aromatics, refined tannins, and exceptional ageing potential.
Following traditional fermentation, the wine was matured in French oak barrels, allowing the fruit to develop additional complexity while preserving its regional identity and varietal expression.
