Vineyard and Winemaking
Fruit was sourced from carefully selected Shiraz vineyards across the Barossa Valley, including parcels from mature vines grown on classic Barossa soils. After fermentation, the wine matured in high-quality French oak barrels for an extended period, allowing complex aromas and structure to develop while preserving the intensity of Barossa fruit.
Tasting Notes
Deep crimson in colour. Aromas of blackberry, dark plum, and blueberry unfold with layers of liquorice, dark chocolate, spice, and subtle oak. The palate is rich and full-bodied, delivering concentrated dark fruit supported by firm yet polished tannins. Balanced acidity provides lift and structure, leading to a long, powerful finish with lingering savoury complexity.
