The 2014 growing season across South Australia was defined by mild conditions and an extended, even ripening period. These ideal conditions delivered fruit with excellent colour, aromatic lift and finely tuned tannin structure — qualities perfectly suited to the St Henri style.
The bouquet opens with expressive aromas of blackberry, black cherry, mulberry and blueberry compote. Notes of dried herbs, cocoa, anise, olive tapenade and warm earth add savoury layers. Subtle hints of peppercorn, leather and spice emerge with air, showcasing the wine’s elegant complexity.
