“Juicy and highly drinkable but yet an intellectual style. Ribbons of flavour fly all manner of nuance. Sour and sweet cherry, undergrowth, star anise, sap and peanut. There’s a generosity to both the volume of flavour and texture but it's been tailored tight; high thread count sheets pulled and tucked and smoothed. Memorable.”

Grosset Wines is an independently owned winery in Auburn at the southern tip of the Clare Valley, founded in 1981 by Jeffrey Grosset.
