Tasting Notes
Now with more than a decade of age, the 2010 Vat 1 Semillon displays a beautiful golden hue, indicating its graceful evolution. The nose is intensely aromatic, offering layers of lime zest, lemon curd, and beeswax, with subtle hints of toasted nuts and honey emerging. On the palate, it delivers a zesty citrus-driven core, a fine mineral backbone, and a silky texture, all leading to a long, crisp, and refreshing finish.
