The 2007 Salon Cuvée ‘S’ Le Mesnil Blanc de Blancs Brut is one of the world’s most revered and rare Champagnes, representing the pinnacle of Blanc de Blancs from a single village, a single grape, and a single vintage. Produced only in exceptional years by the legendary Salon, Salon is the ultimate expression of Chardonnay from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, one of Champagne’s most prized Grand Cru villages.
Salon is uncompromising in philosophy: 100% Chardonnay, exclusively from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, and released only when the vintage meets its exacting standards. The 2007 vintage, marked by balance, finesse, and aromatic purity, produced a Champagne of crystalline precision and long-term ageing potential. Extended ageing on lees prior to release has endowed the wine with extraordinary depth and complexity while preserving tension and freshness.
