On Nose:
The wine’s rich bouquet unfolds in successive waves — intense fruit, more black than red, melting into silvery minerality with notes of praline and coriander.
On Palate:
Structured, focused and dense with a spicy, flowery finish that lingers on the palate. A wine of strength and presence.
The Harvest:
2005 was a year of contrasts. After a warm summer and August heatwave, cool, rainy weather in September reduced yields, but the careful selection of fruit resulted in wines of exceptional quality and aromatic maturity. Harvest began on September 14.
