Origin and Heritage
Produced by Best’s in Great Western, Victoria, Bin No. 0 is crafted from low-yielding, century-old Shiraz vines in the historic Concongella vineyard. With over a century of winemaking tradition, it stands as a flagship wine of the region and holds Langton’s “Classified” status.
Tasting Profile
Colour: Deep red with purple hues
Nose: Layers of vanilla, violets, blackberry, dark plum, and mint, accented by bay leaf, clove, liquorice, and cedar
Palate: Medium to full-bodied, offering rich black and red berries, pepper, nutmeg, earthy tones, mocha, and fine leathery tannins
Finish: Long and elegant, with lingering notes of chocolate, menthol, and spice
Accolades and Cellaring
Awarded 94 points by Campbell Mattinson for its texture and ripeness, with an average of 93 points on CellarTracker. Recognised as “Outstanding” in Langton’s Classification VIII. This wine has excellent cellaring potential.
