The 1994 De Bortoli Noble One Botrytis Semillon is a distinguished Australian dessert wine crafted from late-harvest Semillon grapes affected by noble rot (Botrytis cinerea). Sourced from Riverina vineyards, this vintage offers a rich and harmonious expression of sweetness, acidity, and complexity.
Golden amber in colour, the wine delivers vibrant aromas of apricot, honey, marmalade, dried citrus peel, and toasted almonds. The palate is lusciously smooth, showcasing layers of stone fruit, caramelised orange, vanilla, and a gentle nuttiness. Balanced by bright acidity, it finishes long and elegant.
