To protect the quality and condition of our wines, we carefully monitor weather forecasts at both the dispatch and delivery locations on a daily basis. Orders within *Eligible Metro Regions can be prioritised for delivery via temperature-controlled specialist wine freight on time.

If extreme heat is expected while the order address is not eligible for Temperature-controlled freight, we may delay dispatch until cooler conditions to ensure your wine arrives in optimal condition.

For urgent orders, Express Shipping is available, and we’ll also do our best to add extra insulation to the packaging.

By placing an order during warmer months, customers acknowledge that delivery times may be adjusted due to weather conditions, and that temperature exposure during transit is largely outside our control.

If you have a specific delivery timeframe or concerns regarding weather conditions, we strongly encourage you to contact us prior to dispatch, and we’ll be happy to discuss the most suitable shipping option for your order.

Please note that this policy applies to wine only. Spirits are not affected by heat in the same way and may continue to be dispatched as usual during warmer weather.
