The grapes were carefully handpicked, gently whole-bunch pressed, and the free-run juice was transferred straight into French oak barrels.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMost barrels completed their primary fermentation within 6–7 days, the left to finish fermenting naturally in barrel. During this period, the barrels were stirred weekly to keep the lees in suspension, which helped build extra texture, depth, and flavour in the final palette.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis vibrant white wine has aromas of white nectarine, honeysuckle and roasted hazelnuts.
