Undervine weeds were controlled mechanically, while cover crops including yellow mustard, red clover and rye corn were grown and returned to the soil to provide organic vine nutrition.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eWinemaking\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe fruit was hand harvested on 16 March 2019 and carefully sorted, with 30% whole bunches included in fermentation.
